In certain instances, a prospect's information will display under the Dashboard Leads filter without an associated listing. 

This happens based on one of two conditions. Specifically, for leads that are:

• Received when the listing is off-market. You can verify by clicking on the History link and look for the event stating Inquired about off market listing by prospect email. You can learn more about this behavior in our article about when a Listing Is Off-Market But Still Receives Listing Inquiries.
• Calls to ShowMojo PHONE where the prospect requests a gallery link, or otherwise doesn't inquire about a specific property.

If the prospect eventually schedules a showing or inquires about a specific on-market listing, the displayed listing assignment will update automatically.
