Prospects having trouble accessing a listing via the CodeBox might receive your contact information one of two ways.
From the CodeBox -- the Most Common Case
If the prospect is having any issue (self-inflicted or otherwise) accessing the CodeBox, itself, then the CodeBox will display the contact number it has been individually configured to display.

From ShowMojo -- the Very Uncommon Case
On very rare occasions, ShowMojo might not have an access code to provide the prospect. (Please understand we have added multiple backup scenarios and alerts to avoid this scenario. So it really is rare.)
When this happens, ShowMojo will request that the prospective renter contact you for the access code. At that time, ShowMojo will provide your phone number from the Contact Information section on the Gallery and Branding Settings page. If you have no phone number in that section, then ShowMojo will provide the email address from that section.
