Post-Showing Follow Up Email
ShowMojo can either:
- Automatically send a followup email based on a personalized template, or
- Prepare each email for you to update and send at your convenience.
To configure this feature, go to the Post-Showing Follow Up Email section on the Communication Settings page.
All pending follow up emails (including the automated variety) can be found on the Dashboard by clicking on the Follow-Ups filter.
Please note that application links will not be included if the listing is taken off before the follow-up email is sent.
Canceled Showing Follow Up Email
Similar to the Post-Showing Follow Up Email, ShowMojo can also send a follow up email when a prospect cancels an upcoming showing.
To configure this feature, go to the Canceled Showing Follow Up Email section on the Communication Settings page.
Follow Up Text
ShowMojo also sends a text message after the showing, which includes a link for the prospect to complete a post-showing feedback survey.
To configure this feature for in-person showings go to the Follow Up Text Message section on the Communication Settings page. You can:
- Control how long after the start of the showing the text message is sent.
- Customize the message.
For lockbox self-showings, the followup text messaging is built into a larger feature that Confirms the Prospect Secured the Listing at the end of the showing. It cannot be customized.
For Individual Listings
These messages can be enabled and disabled on individual listings in the Listing Options section on the Listings page.
For Individual Showings
You can always Customize or Stop an Automatic Follow Up on an Individual Showing.
