It can take 24 hours (and occasionally longer) for all the major Listing Sites to remove a listing when it is off-market. This is a timeline controlled by the listing sites, not ShowMojo.

Even after that, you might receive inquiries for a number of reasons:

• Prospects somehow obtained your email address.
• Prospects found your website and are inquiring directly from there.
• A listing site backed up with inquiries and sent them out late (this does happen).
