Listing Syndication Partners that allow additional paid services such as the Zillow Group, Zumper, and Rentals.com will often request your ShowMojo Account UID to activate paid features while continuing syndication through ShowMojo.

What to Do

You can find your ShowMojo Account UID by going to your ShowMojo Gallery and copying the 10-characters after https://showmojo.com/ . 

For example, if your ShowMojo Gallery URL is https://showmojo.com/605b1b405f/listings/mapsearch then your ShowMojo Account UID would be 605b1b405f. 

Once you provide this information to your representative from the listing site, they should be able to ensure that your syndication is not interrupted and your paid features are enabled on their site. 

If your team operates in multiple ShowMojo accounts, providing each Account UID will allow syndication under a single paid agreement with a listing website.

Available Discounts

There are a couple discounts for ShowMojo accounts when it comes to paid syndication feeds:

Zillow Discount: Members of NARPM who utilize ShowMojo's syndication feed can receive a 10% discount on their Zillow Rentals listing fee. This discount does not apply if you use Zillow Rental Manager to manually post your listings. Please contact your Zillow representative for more information.

Zumper Discount: The ShowMojo100 discount code will provide either $100 off the first month subscription to Zumper or a free month -- whichever is less.
