Max Listing Rotation lets you put an upper limit on the number of listings syndicated to a specific listing site, while ensuring that every one of your listings gets a roughly equal share of marketing time on that site.
How’s that possible? Simple. When you have more on-market listings than the limit allows, Max Listing Rotation automatically cycles your listings in and out of the feed for the site. Each listing is included in the feed for a four-day duration, then removed so the next listing can get its needed exposure.
This allows for two usage patterns:
- To set a hard spend limit on listing sites that charge by the number of on-market listings each day. For example, if you set a paid feed on Max Listing Rotation with an upper limit of six, and the associated listing site charges one dollar per listing per day, then it’s simple math to know your maximum spend on that site.
- To maximize exposure to all of your on-market listings on sites that have a maximum free listing cap.
Finally, Max Listing Rotation works with Listing Boost. When both features are enabled on the same feed, only the boosted listings are included in the rotated feed.

- Go to the Listing Syndication section on Listing Sites Settings and click Edit.
