This article assumes that support for the paid Zumper multi-family feed has been added to your account, and that you have established a paid account for this purpose with Zumper.
Before proceeding with any of these instructions, please ensure that Zumper has onboarded you and confirmed that they are able to accept a multi-family feed from ShowMojo for your account.
If the listings you plan to market on Zumper share more than one street address at the same property, then follow these steps for each property:
- Go to the Properties page.
- Select or create the property.
- In the Essentials section, add all street addresses associated with the property.
- In the Multi-Family Paid Listings section, set the Default address to the address Zumper will use to market the property.
To get new properties included in the multi-unit feed syndicated to Zumper:
- On the Listing Sites page, in the Listing Syndication section, check the box next to "Zumper (Multi-Family)" to enable the correct syndication feed.
- Still on the Listing Sites page, in the Multi-Family Paid Listings section, add all the addresses related to the properties or listings you wish to include in the feed to Zumper (not just the property default addresses).
- In that same Multi-Family Paid Listings section on the Listing Sites page, ensure the company name and website are the values that Zumper is expecting to see.
After adding the addresses to Multi-Family Paid Listings and enabling syndication via Listing Syndication, it can take up to four hours for the feed to be built with the correct listing information and sent to Zumper.
After that time, you can contact Zumper to confirm the new listings are being picked up by Zumper and are live on your Zumper account.
To test the feed and auto-reply integration will Zumper, once you have completed the above steps, send an inquiry from one of the property pages on Zumper. Within a few minutes, you should receive an auto-reply email and text message from ShowMojo with a link to the property gallery page in ShowMojo.
