Depending how your leasing team operates, you might need a different mix of settings to handle lockbox or smartlock-based self-showings. You'll find the setting to control how ShowMojo assigns lockbox showings on the Team Settings page, in either the Multi-User Options or Lead Claim Options section.

For Multi-User teams, there is an option to either:

• Assign all self-showings to the Account Owner, or
• Assign self-showings to individual team members when the listing is on a team member's calendar.

For Lead Claim, this is an option to either:

• Skip lead claim for self-showings, or
• Route self-showings through the normal lead claim process.
