You can now prevent the same prospect from scheduling another self showing when we detect contradicting information. ShowMojo now facilitates this scheduling behavior and provides flexibility to their users.

To configure this behavior, go to the Schedule Settings page.

In the Additional Settings section, update the following:

1. Enable the toggle Do not let the same prospect schedule a self-showing with different name, email or phone number. (By default, this toggle should is enabled when we released this feature.)
2. Click Save.

ShowMojo will then restrict the same prospect to schedule another self-showing if our system detects any contradicting information. When a showing is scheduled, ShowMojo will check for active self-showings or self-showings up to 30 days in the past.
