A device is considered active under either of the following conditions:
- An access code is requested by a team member or the ShowMojo system (for a self-showing or Text-to-Access).
- A Bluetooth-enabled device has been accessed via Bluetooth.
Important Notes: A device is not considered active solely because an access code is used. For example, if an access code is generated in one month but used in a later month, the device will not be considered active in that later month unless it meets one of the two conditions above.
Additionally, a device is considered inactive when being accessed as part of the Resident Access feature.
