ShowMojo Sends Text Messages about Canceled or Rescheduled Showings When Needed

ShowMojo is designed to use text messaging whenever that is the best option, but not to overload (and annoy) prospects and others with text messages.

Whenever there is an email address on a showing, ShowMojo will email the prospect about a cancel or reschedule activity.

Additionally, ShowMojo will send a text message to the prospect under any of the following three conditions:

  • The canceled or rescheduled showtime is less than 24 hours in the future.
  • ShowMojo does not have the email address for the prospect.
  • When scheduling, the prospect elected to confirm the showing by text message.

The goal, again, is to make sure the prospect gets the message in a timely manner.
