Whether it's just to remarket your listings or because you just want people to know, creating a flyer can be a daunting task. 

ShowMojo now has a built-in feature that lets you download a printable listing flyer. To download a flyer:

1. Go to the Listings page.
2. Go to Advertise sub-page.
3. In the Printable Flyer section, click Download.

Note: Downloaded file type is of the Rich Text Format (.rtf), this allows you to customize the flyer before you print.

Here are some of things to consider:

• Maximum of 10 Amenities can be displayed. 
• Maximum of 550 characters are displayed in the Description section. 
• Only the first 9 Listing Photos can be displayed.
• Flyer banner color can be customized in the Gallery and Branding Settings page under the Colors section.
