By default, ShowMojo automatically imports your listing photos from AppFolio.
If you have an AppFolio-imported listing where the photos are not displayed, please check the following:
- Confirm the photo is one of the supported format of ShowMojo. JPG, GIF and PNG formats up to 10 meg in size can be uploaded as listing photos.
- Locate the listing in your AppFolio listings gallery, download any of the photos and make sure it is one of the formats provided in the previous step (WEBP file type for example, is not supported).
You can use any available photo format converter available in the web to convert your listing photos. In nearly all cases, above steps will resolve the issue.
