• Complete a CodeBox Smoke Test.
• CodeBox Does Not Respond to Button Presses or Displays a Blank Screen.
• Troubleshooting Frequent Reports from Prospects (or Anyone Else) that They Cannot Access a CodeBox. Most specifically, "Entry Error" and "No Showing Window!" issues are correctable right on the CodeBox.
• The CodeBox Key Compartment Door Will Not Open.
• Troubleshooting a Shackle That Won't Open.
