When time is of the essence, ShowMojo will send alerts via text message. Depending on your ShowMojo configuration and usage, these alerts could notify you about:
- A prospect running late or waiting for you at a showing.
- Last-minute showing cancelations.
- Lockbox-enabled listings that have been left unsecured.
- Any other really important thing we dream up in the future.
The account owner can add or update the text alert number on the General Settings page, in the Account Settings section.
Team members can add or update their text alert numbers By clicking on the Settings menu item and editing their Account Settings section.
At this time, ShowMojo supports only one text-alert number per user (being the Account Owner or each team member).
