ShowMojo, Inc. is a registered Delaware corporation in good standing. ShowMojo is also fully registered in the (currently four) states where it has employees.

ShowMojo's full revenue is already reported via 1099-K to the IRS by our payment processor (Stripe). Because of this, the IRS specifically excludes companies like ShowMojo from 1099 reporting.

Conversely, the filing of unnecessary and potentially inaccurate 1099s (in the dozens or even hundreds) could cause unnecessary due burden on ShowMojo's already legitimate accounting and tax filing activities.
