On a listing-by-listing basis, you can let each prospect decide how they prefer to verify their identity. The prospect will be given the option in the screening question section of the schedule-a-showing page.

You can enable feature on in the Listing Options section on the Listings page. Just select "a choice between credit card and document verification" from the possible options of what will be automatically added as a screening question when a lockbox showing is selected.
