In general, returning ShowMojo customers should simply open a new account instead of attempting to reopen an old closed ShowMojo account.
ShowMojo is constantly (even daily) being updated with new features and refinements of existing features. Open ShowMojo accounts are accounted for in all updates -- and immediately and transparently receive all the necessary adjustments. Closed accounts, however, are not accounted for. Basically, an old, re-activited account might have interoperability issues with the latest features and updates. Hence our strong recommendations to start with a fresh account.
Under certain conditions -- such as an account that has been closed for a week or less -- an exception might be deemed appropriate. So please do reach out to us if you think you have an exceptional case. And, of course, reach out to us if you need any assistance creating a new account.
