Consider Better Options

If the reason is that you have an occupied listing and need special arrangements with the tenant, ShowMojo already has two ways to handle that:

• Showing Notification for Current Tenants, Owners, and Others
• Enable Showing Acceptance for a Specific Listing

If the listing is simply not available yet, you can Set a Listing to Not Allow Scheduled Showings Before a Certain Date.

The One-Off Solution

This is for the rare case with a single listing.

If none of the above options work for you, you can let ShowMojo import the listing then Take the Imported Listings off the Market in ShowMojo. This action willl be remembered for 90 days, even while the listing remains in the Listing Import Source. 

With this option, it is important to understand two things:

1. ShowMojo will not syndicate nor otherwise market this listing.
2. You should not forward any leads to ShowMojo for this listing, unless you want ShowMojo to report back to prospects that it is off the market.

An Importer-Based Permanent Solution

If your import source system let's you change the contact information on each listing, you can Filter Imported Listings Based on Listing Contact Details to keep the listings you don't want from importing into ShowMojo.
