Under normal circumstances, ShowMojo will automatically off-market your listings based on the preconfigured account settings on the Import Settings page.
Occasionally something happens that just doesn't look right, and too many listings seem to go off market at once. ShowMojo has an automated alert system to email you when it looks like something might have gone wrong, so listings aren't taken off market and showings canceled unnecessarily. In that alert email, ShowMojo will ask you to confirm the update.
Hopefully, this is something you meant to do. It's a false alarm. And you can just follow the link in the email to approve the off-market action.
However, if the alert did catch something and the listings should not go off market:
- If you get just one of these alert emails and not a second email in the next four hours, there's nothing to do. Most likely there was an issue with the source system from which ShowMojo imports your listings, and that issue was fixed on the source system's end.
- If you receive a second similar email within the next four hours, it's time to investigate. You should confirm the listings are truly on-market in the system from which you import listings. It's always possible the listings were taken off market by someone else in your company or for some other reason by the source system.
- You should also confirm the source system is functioning properly. For example, when you go to the publicly-available on-market listings page for that system, do all on-market listings appear on that page? Even if your listings are on market in the source system, it's likely there is some other setting or issue in the source system that is keeping the listings from truly displaying as on-market.
