Changing your company name, whether it's just to rebrand or because you're under new ownership, can be a daunting task.
Here are some of the settings to review when you're ready to make the change:
- Change the Company field on the Gallery and Branding Settings.
- Verify the greeting on your ShowMojo PHONE Settings does not mention the old company name. If it does, your team can upload a new greeting or purchase a professionally recorded greeting in the ShowMojo PHONE section.
- Review your Communication Settings and Listing Sites Settings for any email or text templates that might include your previous company name. As a reminder, the My Contact Details placeholder will dynamically display the updated company name when it is changed.
- If you import your listings into ShowMojo, verify that none of the old company information exists on that source system, or within any of the listing highlights that are being sent to ShowMojo.
- Change the Account Name in General Settings to your new company name. No one sees this publicly. So this is more of an optional step.
