ShowMojo often allows customers to change their current billing plan during the current billing period. Two good examples of this are:
- "I was just charged for the $99 plan, but I'd like to upgrade to the $159 plan.
- "We have encountered our slow season, and I'd like to upgrade from the Monthly Mini to the Annual Max."
When upgrading to a plan of the same or higher value and duration, ShowMojo will process the upgrade immediately and credit the amount already paid for the current month.
When downgrading, ShowMojo will queue the switch to occur automatically at the end of the current billing cycle.
If ShowMojo offers to upgrade your plan as part of the current billing cycle (monthly or annual) but you want the change to take effect in the next billing cycle, then please wait until that next billing cycle to make the plan change.
These changes can be made on the Billing Settings page.
