Respond to Prospect Questions with Live Answer

This feature is open to any ShowMojo customer (outside of ShowMojo CLASSIC) with Unit-Based Ultra and Live Answer Bundled Plans

Feature Overview

Lead Scoring Meets Live Answer. In addition to providing a fast and courteous response when (and only when) a prospect wants to speak to a live person, ShowMojo can now respond to prospect questions sent through when a lead is captured.

With our Lead Scoring feature, ShowMojo automatically evaluates leads received from listing sites and classifies them as Do Reply, Maybe Reply, or No Reply. Before, it was up to you to respond to these leads. With this new feature, leads tagged as Do Reply and Maybe Reply are placed into the Live Answer email queue. Our agents, who have the listing information and FAQs in front of them, find the answer to the lead’s question and send it to the prospective renter.

Get Started

Live Answer Email Processing is available in the Phone Settings page. To get started:

  1. Go to Live Answer Email Processing section.
  2. Click Edit and enable the corresponding toggle.
  3. Click Save.
