For mixed use buildings (commercial store front units and residential apartments), you will need to properly configure Rent Manager for the commercial space.

For commercial units, make sure to set one of the following as "Commercial":

• On the Marketing Data tab, update the Property Type field to "Commercial".
• On the Property tab, update the Property Type field to "Commercial". 

This will ensure the listing is properly imported as a Commercial unit.
