When setting up the Rent Manager Import, you will need to select an option for the setting "ShowMojo will identify listings on-market status based on". Rent Manager will generate a list of listings based on this setting.
To make this selection you will need to be on the Listing Import Settings page in the Rent Manager Import section.
- Click on the Edit button in the Rent Manager Import section.
- For the line "ShowMojo will identify listings on-market status based on" select the option.
The options are:

user defined field - ShowMojo Status
- Online Listings
- Unit Availability Report
To use the ShowMojo Status user defined field, the listing will need to have this UDF set as Active in Rent Manager.
To use the Online Listings option to import the listings from Rent Manager, this setting is found in Rent Manager at Services > Listings.
In addition, you can set system preferences for online listings by going to Admin > System Preferences > Online Listings.
For the Unit Availability Report option, any unit in this report will be imported into ShowMojo.
