Overview

Here are the main highlights of ShowMojo’s Yardi Integration:

• Near-real-time, fully-automated import of on-market listings from Yardi to ShowMojo.
• Rent change and off-market action flows from Yardi that trigger automated scheduling, prospect nurturing, and marketing automation workflows in ShowMojo.
• Near-real-time updates of all other listing data from Yardi to ShowMojo.
• Current resident details are transferred from Yardi to ShowMojo, automatically triggering showing notifications to those residents.

The integration is also much more frequent than the legacy importer, syncing every two hours instead of every four hours.

Yardi Integration Setup

To get started, follow this link Request Yardi Integration.

After you submit your request to enable Yardi Integration, you will receive an email from our Support Team to confirm this. Once you received the confirmation, the following credentials are required to complete the setup.

1. Domain and Webshare Name. Note: From your Voyager URL, you can find the domain and webshare name as follows https://%{domain}/%{web_share_name}/webservices/.
2. Voyager Username
3. Voyager Password
4. Server name
5. Database. Note: This can be the same as your Server name if your client is hosted by Yardi.
6. Platform.

We would also need credentials from RentCafe to fetch data not available from Yardi. Below are the additional credentials you need to have:

1. RentCafe Company Code
2. RentCafe API Token

Go to the Listing Import Settings page. Under Add a listing importer section, locate and add Yardi and enter the credentials above.
