Add a New MojoLock to Your Account

First, install the MojoLock by following either the instructions included in the box or the online MojoLock Installation Instructions‍. Then, this next step is super simple. Just download the ShowMojo app either:

And go to Add a Lock. Follow the steps. And your MojoLock will be available in your ShowMojo account just like any other digital access device.

If your device has an issue seeing or connecting to the lock -- and you are pressing a key on the lock to activate it as instructed -- please confirm you are using an iOS or Android version at or above the ones listed here in this article.

Additionally, please take note that:

  • ShowMojo customers can log in only to the ShowMojo apps. There are MojoAccess apps (with less functionality) but those are restricted to non-ShowMojo users.
  • Leaving the MojoLock disassembled or without power for an extended period of time could require you to Reset the Internal Clock.
  • Once added to your account, you can Assign Multiple MojoLocks to a Listing or Property.
