What is MojoLock?

MojoLock is a digital deadbolt focused on Smart Access that's secure, affordable, and has flexible access technology built right into your door.

Think about it. If smart home is for your house — thermostat, lightbulbs, doorbells, and the like — then smart access is focused on just your door. The MojoLock:

What is MojoLock Good For?

First, there’s a clear benefit to self-showings. Smart access built right into the door will always be more dependable and easier-to-use than a digital lockbox. And MojoLocks follow the exact same self-show process as other lockbox solutions already built into ShowMojo But, we designed MojoLock to be so much more! Check out these additional benefits:

1. Ease of access for vendors and staff year-round. We're talking about leasing agents who will be able to conduct showings without having to remember their keys.
2. Keyless access for residents. At move-in, use Resident Access to give residents flexible, shareable, keyless access to their home. This access is good for their entire lease, but only for their lease term.
3. A convenient lock-out solution if you choose not to give your residents a long-term access code.
4. Built-in support for Vacation Rentals and Other Daily Rental Use Cases.

MojoLocks (and ShowMojo) support Multiple-Lock Deployments. That could be multiple locks on the same home, common and individual locks in a multi-family setting, or both.

Is MojoLock Physically Secure?

MojoLock technology leverages a supply chain with deep experience in US-based deadbolts and smartlocks. While we don't like to kiss and tell, MojoLock is using the same technology found in other well-known US brands you've come to trust.

MojoLock is also rated to operate in both hot and cold climates and is factory-tested to withstand conditions as cold as -31ºF or as warm as 140ºF.

What about Battery Life?

With four alkaline AA batteries, a MojoLock typically lasts ten months under a normal usage scenario. Lithium batteries are not recommended.

MojoLock will alert the user when the batteries are running low. The alert is enabled when around 20% of battery life remains. With low batteries, it will continue to lock and unlock. When in use, it will flash red for five seconds to alert you about the low batteries.

The MojoLock includes a Micro USB port at the front bottom of the lock. Just plug in any battery pack and you are good to go even when the battery has run out.
