The Ask about Move-In Date Screening Question Restrictor is tuned to behave differently depending upon the listing's available date.

Specifically when the screening question encounters:

• A listing with an available date in the future: it will behave exactly as expected, restricting scheduled showings when the move-in date is too early to too late for the allowable range.
• A listing with an available date in the past: it will behave exactly as a listing that is available immediately, basing the allowable move-in date range on the current date.
• A listing with no available date: the move-in date question will still be asked, but the restrictor will be automatically disabled.

The listing available date is automatically imported when available in the Listing Import Source. And it can be manually added to the Essentials section on the Listings page.
