When changing pricing and features, ShowMojo typically leaves billing plans on accounts that already had them. These "legacy" billing plans that were discontinues prior to 2016 might have reduced text messaging capabilities. If you'd like the full text messaging capabilities of ShowMojo, you will need to:
- On the Billing Settings page, switch to a current billing plan.
- Contact ShowMojo Support let us know about the plan switch and ask the support team to ensure the full texting features are enabled on your account. (This step is necessary, as the update needs to be made by a support team member.)
