Phone Support on Plans that Do Not Come with Phone Support

For plans that do not have phone support, ShowMojo provides an option to enable phone support on a temporary basis. 

The cost for this add-on service is $100. This option allows for:

  • Up to 5 calls.
  • In a 30-day calendar period.
  • Up to 30 minutes per call.

This phone plan activation period begins upon a request to purchase this option. A purchase request constitutes written permission to bill your account for this service. A purchase request can be made in two ways:

  1. In email correspondence with the ShowMojo support team.
  2. By filing a support ticket on the Help page in your ShowMojo account.
