Two-factor Authentication (2FA) Setup

Overview

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an identity and access management security method that requires two forms of identification to access resources and data. 2FA gives ShowMojo users the ability to monitor and help safeguard their most vulnerable information and networks.

Here are some popular 2FA apps:

  1. Google Authenticator
  2. Authy
  3. LastPass Authenticator
  4. Microsoft Authenticator
  5. Duo Mobile

Get Started

Here are the steps to setup 2FA:

  1. When logging in, a QR code is provided. 
  2. Scan the QR code using your authenticator app.
  3. Open your authenticator app and enter the six digit code.

Reset 2FA

Here are the steps to reset 2FA:

  1. If you're signed in, you can reset the 2FA from the Settings page. A reset button is provided where you will be provided with the QR code for 2FA.
  2. If you're signed out, you can send a request to our Support Team through the link on your 2FA authentication screen.

NOTE: Account Owners for existing accounts can only skip 2FA authentication setup for a maximum of three (3) times.
