This article explores the possibility of requiring prospects to complete both:
There is a separate article for you if you are looking to Let Each Prospect Choose between Credit Card or Document Verification.
In General, Don't Do It
We recommend against using both credit card and document verification. Either of these options already restricts the number of scheduled showings, as some rent-worthy prospects simply reject these forms of identity verification. Looking at this from a cost-benefits perspective, we believe that the perceived security benefit simply does not justify the significant reduction in showing flow that will result from requiring both forms of verification.
We are aware of the occasional customer attempting this practice. We have clear evidence that it reduces showings. We've also heard that it can be successful in very controlled environments, where the listings in question are very desirable and there is no way (via phone call or email) for prospects to circumvent the ShowMojo scheduling process.
But If You Really Want To
Yes, it can be done.
The only caveat (besides a potentially significant reduction in showings) is that these questions cannot be dynamically added and removed when Conducting Both Accompanied and Lockbox Showings on the same Listing.
