ShowMojo's scheduling restrictors are built to keep unqualified prospects from scheduling and give them a general "you didn't meet the qualification requirements" reason why.
The goal is to not tell prospects the exact issue, thereby giving unscrupulous prospects the information they need to foil the restrictor and schedule a showing on a listing for which they do not qualify.
Occasionally a determined prospect might start guessing at the issue and changing answers. The tell-tale sign of this can be found in the Showing History where you will see multiple disqualification events before a showing is ultimately scheduled.
Such events are bound to happen with a small percentage of prospects. And it's worth remembering that a prospect who is willing to game the system like this is also quite willing to call you directly to circumvent the scheduling process. So you can end up having to address the prospect one way or another.
For a single prospect who might be doing this repeatedly, Blacklisting an individual prospect is likely the best long-term option.
If you have a number of occurrences of this issue with multiple prospects, you could chose to Retain and Review Showings Declined by Screening Question Restrictors. With this "retain and review" functionality enabled, prospects are given even less of an indication that they were disqualified based on their answers, and are not given a simple way to adjust their answers. You are also notified about each declined showing.
